Bowflex Series 7 treadmill

A new addition to the treadmill world is the Bowflex series 7, with its 15 year frame warranty and 10 year motor warranty it offers the best value for money then any other treadmill. It is attracting many customers with its design and durability. The Bowflex series 7 comes with a backlit LCD screen and a 3.0 hp motor which provides more then enough oomph for the treadmill to keep going even with a person weighing 300 lbs doing the running. It comes with 2 cupholders and a 3 speed fan and it has a 12% incline and can work from .05 up to speeds of 11 miles per hour.

It has a broad 20 inches by 60 inches belt surface which is ample for running or walking, with Bowflex strike zone cushioning technology to absorb the impact of the footfalls. It has 15 inbuilt workout modes ranging from cardio, manual, running, hill intervals and the 5k with 12 intervals. Extra features include heart strength meter and a calorie goal meter. The only negative thing about the Bowflex series 7 is that it is pretty difficult to maneuver after it has been folded and some customer service issues. But nevertheless it is a must have for fitness buffs.
