The Bowflex series 7 comes with a backlit LCD screen and a 3.0 hp motor which provides more then enough oomph for the treadmill to keep going even with a person weighing 300 lbs doing the running. It comes with 2 cupholders and a 3 speed fan and it has a 12% incline and can work from .05 up to speeds of 11 miles per hour.
It has a broad 20 inches by 60 inches belt surface which is ample for running or walking, with Bowflex strike zone cushioning technology to absorb the impact of the footfalls.
