The Lifespan RW1000

This example of the Lifespan RW1000 Rower uses the eddy current flywheel to provide a total body workout for the fitness buff. As the rower finishes the rowing move the flywheel works up resistance, so the faster you row the higher the resistance becomes. This particular model gives you the freedom to manually adjust the resistance level too. There are five resistance settings. There is a five year warranty on the frame, and two years for the parts. It also folds for easy storage giving the user freedom to store the rower after the rowing session is over.

The rowing strap is never loose because of it being tight and without any laxness. So it gives you full workout with your forward and back strokes. The RW1000 also comes with an LCD screen which shows calories burnt, distance rowed, strokes per minute for the users who are more goal oriented and like to have figures to show their progress. The rower is a good cardiovascular exercise too. Users have shown increased flexibility in their joints after working out on the RW1000. But over usage can lead to pain in the major muscles of the body. So people who are looking to make an addition to their regular exercise routine should go for this piece of equipment.
